1. How is delivery accomplished?

After you complete the order process and have sent payment, the order appears in our delivery queue in the order in which it was received. Our delivery team will then log into the appropriate game and deliver item to your game’s mailbox or contact the character specified on the order form to finish delivery. If our delivery team is unable to make contact, an e-mail will be sent to the contact address provided. You may reply to this e-mail or log onto our live chat to verify the status of your delivery.

2. When can I expect the delivery after I have sent payment?

Normally, when we receive your payment, your orders will be done within 0-3 hours  and then be delivered in sequence, We will try our best to deliver the item as soon as possible. If you are verified Paypal account holder and have provided all the necessary information, such as character name, a valid phone number etc, we will contact you to arrange for delivery. according to the way of game transaction and delivery treatment and so on, and we often complete the delivery within 24 hours.

3. Why I haven’t got the delivery after waiting for a long time? What’s wrong?

If you have placed an order and have been waiting in game for more than 3 hours, first check your contact email to see if we have tried to reach you. If no email is in your inbox, please read following details:

Delivery of the items will be delayed IF:

1) For new customers (first order):
If this is your first order with us, we might not be able to deliver instantly because all new customers' payments are subjected to verification. Once you have a successful purchasing record, the system will automatically start the service of “Express delivery channel” for you at the next time.

2) Untrue or wrong information is provided. It is important that you provide us with a real telephone number or a valid email for us to contact you. For example, you did not provide a correct in-game character name or provide a wrong server and realm. Delivery can only be made until the right information is given.

3) You are an unverified paypal account holder. if your paypal account hasn’t been verified, we will spend more time for our verification process. Sending a payment through an unverified account will be at your own risk as we may not make delivery unless the Paypal account is verified and this may take more than 24 hours. We reserve the right to reject and refund your payment if it is sent through an unverified Paypal account.

4) You did not include a confirmed Shipping Address. We will wait for you to send to market@ttgaming.com a $0.01 payment with your confirmed shipping address. Delivery will be made once we have received it.

5) Your E-check is still not cleared yet. It can take up to a 4 business day for the funds to be cleared. Delivery will be made after payment has cleared.

4. Where do you deliver to?

We will deliver to any character and server that you are on in game. For Shadow area, we can summon you to log on any servers for delivery.

5. You have stopped talking to me in game during a delivery. What's wrong?

Please rest assured that if we have stopped communicating with you, it is due to our Internet connection that was disconnected due to some reasons. When this happens, it is impossible for us to contact you or meet you until the connection was resumed. To help you, there is an indicator on our website that will let you know if we are online or not. Simply contact us again when we are back online.
