1. How to place an order.

Placing your first order with TTGaming.com is easy. Just follow these steps:

1) Select the Item and Click on the "Add to Cart" link to place the item in your shopping cart found on the various game pages.
In your Shopping Cart you'll see the items you've added along with the total price. At this point you have several options:

- If you're changing the Quantity, use the Quantity box and click “Update Cart”. You can also click “continue shopping” button to return to previous shopping page and repeat the first step.
- If you want to order another item, please click “Continue Shopping” button to return to shopping page.
- If you want to cancel an Item, click the “Remove” box and click on the “Update Cart” button to remove that item from your cart. You can also click “Empty Cart” to cancel all item you selected.

Click "CheckOut" when you're ready to place your order, then you will enter into CheckOut page. and you'll be prompted to enter following information:

- Order Information. It is IMPORTANT to provide us with a VALID EMAIL and a TRUE PHONE NUMBER and keep it working till the delivery is completed so that we can contact you for delivery details. It will speed up our verification process considerably and get faster delivery service.
- Discount Coupons. If you have a Discount Coupon, Please simply enter the code in the frame and click “Redeem” button,it will deduct the discount amount from your order total.
- Fill in your order information.
- Delivery Information. Please double check the Realm you chose and the spelling of your Character Name.
- Introducer. If you are introduced to come here by your friends, please input the member name of the introducer in the following frame, thus he (she) will obtain higher grade points accumulation and enjoy more member discount.

2) Click ‘Submit’ button and you'll be taken to the Confirmation Page to log on to Paypal account to make payment.

3) For a fast delivery, please include your confirm shipping address in your Paypal payment by selecting the default “Ship to” option.

4) Click "Pay" to place the order.

You will receive a payment confirmation from Paypal with your Item Number for your records. Please quote this Item Number when you enquire about your order status.

2. I have ordered on the wrong server or character name. What should I do?

Please fleetly contact us to modify the problem by live help on our website or send us an email from your Paypal email address that you have placed the order from and include your order number and the correct server or character name. We will make delivery according to the new instructions given.

3.Are there discounts for larger orders?

4. How do I check on the status of my order?
